The Artists’ Residence Garden

The garden at the Artists’ Residence in Fremantle is looking gorgeous after the lovely lot of rain we’ve had in Perth recently.
My mandatory May planting for Spring flowering has been done and in the cache of what’s gone into the ground includes pink and white wildflowers, tulips and ranunculus.
The basil and parsley have self seeded and are sprouting their children and our sole artichoke is looking lovely – promising to host a couple of yummy  gourmet treats!
We have made a no dig garden all the way down the side of the house. In the Spring, hollyhocks and wildflowers will frame the right of way leading to the parking at the back of the property – I can’t wait!!
Here are a couple of pics of the Artists’ Residence garden.
